Aurélien SINDICQ, new Head Chef
Le Saint Christophe is delighted to announce the appointment of Aurélien SINDICQ as Head Chef, effective 1 September 2025.
Arriving in December 2024 as sous chef, Aurélien quickly demonstrated his talent, commitment and culinary vision. It is therefore only natural that he has been promoted to Head Chef, following the departure of Jean-François Le Ruyet, who is moving on to new personal projects.
Passionate about gastronomy for many years, this native of Champagne began his career in Michelin-starred establishments, where he acquired a solid foundation of skills that we are now delighted to benefit from!
With a rich background and solid experience in prestigious establishments, Aurélien SINDICQ embodies a cuisine that is creative, sincere and respectful of the product.
His approach highlights seasonal flavours, local producers and the subtle art of elegantly combining tradition and modernity.
A man who loves a challenge, Aurélien SINDICQ has chosen to test his skills against the best this year by taking part in the ‘Création & Saveurs’ Professional Chef Competition, confirming his taste for creativity and high standards.
Under his leadership, the menu at Le Saint Christophe promises a new culinary dynamic starting in October: precise, gourmet and generous dishes, designed to offer guests a unique bistronomic experience in a warm and cosy atmosphere.
‘Taking over the culinary direction of Le Saint Christophe today is an honour. My cuisine is authentic and convivial, focused on the product and the pleasure of sharing,’ says Aurélien SINDICQ.
With this appointment, Le Saint Christophe confirms its ambition to showcase its culinary expertise and establish itself as a must-visit destination for food lovers.
