The Saint-Christophe restaurant is a popular address for locals and visitors alike. In a warm and colorful vintage setting, the chef offers a menu that gives pride of place to seafood.

Previously second in the kitchen, Nathan Gourhant took over the management of the restaurant's kitchens. This young creative chef makes a point of using products from the Guérande Peninsula. Its clams with butler's butter, vinaigrette to eat and Greek yoghurt or its fillet of sea bass, white butter with mussels and parsley tuberose have made it famous.

La Baule in all serenity, from breakfast to dinner

If you want to stay several days at the Saint-Christophe hotel without worrying about the organization of your meals, opt for the half-board option offered in the restaurant. Start your day gently with a hot drink or fruit juice accompanied by pastries and brioche or homemade cake. Visit La Baule and the Côte Sauvage, try your hand at water and outdoor activities, then return to the comfort of your hotel for a delicious dinner.

The butler will suggest a menu highlighting the region's emblematic products: oysters, mussels, strawberries from La Baule, fish from the Criée du Croisic ... You can choose from two starters, two main courses and two desserts. The half-board formula at the restaurant is valid from two nights and applies to the entire stay. Drinks are not included in the package.

In spring, fall or winter, the Saint-Christophe restaurant can become the setting for the happiest day of your life. Make your wedding in La Baule an exceptional moment: book the restaurant room, which can accommodate up to 80 people for cocktails and up to 65 people for a meal.

In summer, the restaurant is complemented by an “Au Jardin” bar, a real corner of paradise in the heart of La Baule. In the green garden, comfortable armchairs and soft sofas welcome you for a gourmet break or an aperitif under the trees, with a light snack offered by the Chef. The hotel bar is just a hundred meters from the magnificent beach of La Baule.

The rest of the year, warm up by the fireplace in the Saint-Christophe's winter lounge. The place takes up the bold and refined decoration of the hotel, for a chic and warm atmosphere. Enjoy a hot cup of tea accompanied by a homemade sweetness, comfortably installed on one of the sofas.
