The Restaurant du Saint-Christophe (listed by Gault & Millau and winner of an Assiette Michelin) is a popular dining spot among the residents of La Baule, who love its peaceful atmosphere, its enchanting setting, and the Chef’s gourmet creations. The cuisine places great emphasis on high-quality fresh and seasonal produce prepared with passion.
Antoine Heerah cooks up refined cuisine, with a knowing balance between taste, respect for the product and creativity, for harmonious flavours. A dedicated lover of all things local, he knows the producers of the Guérande peninsula well. He visits them weekly, not just at La Baule’s market, but also at their own farms, where he discusses products, discovers what’s new, and enquires about how the crops and harvests are doing.

Each evening, our maître d’hôtel will present you with a menu consisting of a choice between two starters, two main courses and two desserts. This selection will allow you to discover the range of our full menu across the evenings, as well as the chef’s other creations. We are also pleased to share with you a range of items that are icons of holidays in La Baule, including oysters, mussels, La Baule strawberries, and fish fresh from the market in Le Croisic.
• The half-board consists of breakfast and dinner (drinks not included in the latter) each day.
• The package is available for all stays of 2 nights or longer and applies to the entire stay.
• 2023 rates : €66 for adults and €32 for children
• The half-board offer can be combined with the “long stay” offer for stays longer than 5 nights, allowing you to get the best rate on accommodation.
